Loopdesk

Google reviews · any local business

Reply in your voice. Run your business your way.

Loopdesk is a review inbox that adapts to you: guarded for healthcare, warm for restaurants, direct for trades. Set your tone once, draft replies and follow-ups, and choose whether people approve every post or only the reviews that need a closer look.

Why Google reviews matter

People find local businesses on Google. An active profile with recent reviews and replies is easier to trust, and easier for Google to surface when someone searches nearby.

More visibility on Maps and Search

Fresh reviews and timely replies help your Google Business Profile stay active. That activity is a strong local signal when people search nearby.

Trust before they walk in

Shoppers read recent replies. A business that answers looks open and cared for. Silence on public complaints does the opposite.

Stay consistent without living in email

Loopdesk drafts in your voice, opens follow-ups when something operational goes wrong, and can auto-post only the review types you allow.

Built for your niche

The product is one inbox. The behaviour is configured per business, so a Friday night bistro and a medical practice are not forced into the same reply style.

Healthcare

Dental, GP, allied health

Guarded and professional

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. If you would like to discuss this privately, please contact our practice.

Clinical or identifying reviews default to hold. Auto-post stays off.

Restaurant & café

Dining, bars, coffee

Warm and welcoming

Thanks so much for the lovely review. We are glad you enjoyed the evening! Hope to see you again soon.

Optional auto-post on clean five-star praise. Complaints and food-safety issues stay for human review.

Trades & services

Plumbing, cleaning, salons

Direct and helpful

Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry this was not up to our usual standard. Please call us so we can make it right.

Quote or scope disputes routed offline. Auto-post only if you turn it on for simple thank-yous.

How it works

01

Reviews arrive in one place

New Google reviews show up in a shared inbox, so they are less likely to sit unread in a personal email.

02

Sorted for your business

Themes like wait time, food, or billing become the right next step: a reply draft, an internal task, or a deliberate hold, based on rules you set during setup.

03

Publish on your terms

Approve replies yourself by default. Or allow auto-post only for review types you trust, such as simple five-star praise at a restaurant.

What we care about

Your voice, not a generic bot

Setup captures how you actually speak to customers: formal or friendly, brief or detailed.

Rules that fit your niche

A café and a dental practice should not share the same defaults. Presets give you a sensible starting point.

Human by default, auto when you say so

Approve every reply if you want. Or auto-post only safe review types, such as straightforward five-star thanks. Everything else stays in the inbox.

Action when it helps

Operational complaints can become tasks someone owns, not just a reply in a thread.

Pricing

Founding pilots at $79 per location per month. Same price whether you run a café or a salon. You are paying for the inbox and the configured voice, not a vertical-specific SKU.

Questions

Who is Loopdesk for?+

Any local business that gets Google reviews and wants a calmer way to handle them. Restaurants, retail, trades, and healthcare all use the same inbox with different presets. You pick your business type during setup.

How do niche presets work?+

When you onboard, you pick a business type. That loads default tone, reply rules, and task types. You can change everything. Presets are a starting point, not a cage.

Will it post replies automatically?+

Only if you turn that on, and only for the review types you choose. Many restaurants auto-post simple five-star thank-yous and keep complaints for a person. Healthcare and other careful niches usually leave auto-post off.

Can different businesses sound different?+

Yes. Voice settings include warmth, length, emoji, and sign-off style. A restaurant might invite guests back; a regulated business keeps replies short and careful.

What is included in a founding pilot?+

Two weeks on your live Google reviews at the founding rate. We configure your niche preset, draft replies in your voice, and set up follow-ups for operational themes. Email hello@loopdesk.com.au to apply.

Founding pilots

We are onboarding a small mix of local businesses for a two-week pilot on live Google reviews.

Email hello@loopdesk.com.au with your business name, type (e.g. café, dental), and who manages your Google profile.
