Who we are
Loopdesk is an Australian software product that helps local businesses manage Google reviews. Contact us at hello@loopdesk.com.au.
What we collect
When you email us or apply for a pilot, we collect the details you send: typically your name, email, business name, and information about how you manage Google reviews. If you connect a Google Business Profile later, we only access review and reply data needed to run the product, with your permission.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, run pilots, provide the service, and improve Loopdesk. We do not sell your data. We do not use customer review content for marketing without permission.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored with standard cloud providers used to operate the product (for example email and hosting). We only share information when required by law or with processors who help us deliver the service under appropriate agreements.
Your choices
Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about pilots or marketing.
